Gujju Startupwala is a financial services consultancy and loan facilitation platform. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or direct lender. Our services include:

•Loan eligibility assessment and product matching

•Loan application assistance and documentation guidance

•Lender introduction and negotiation support

•Government scheme eligibility analysis and application assistance

•IPO and capital markets advisory

•Project funding facilitation

All loan disbursals, credit decisions, and financial product approvals are made exclusively by the respective banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions. Gujju Startupwala does not guarantee loan approval or any specific terms.

By using this website or our services, you agree to:

•Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and communications.

•Not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.

•Not submit false loan applications or misrepresent your financial position to lenders.

•Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy content from this website.

•Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the RBI's lending regulations, SEBI guidelines, and Income Tax Act provisions.

We reserve the right to terminate services to any user who provides false information or uses our platform in violation of these terms.

Gujju Startupwala expressly does not guarantee:

•Loan approval from any lender, regardless of our assessment or recommendation.

•A specific interest rate, loan amount, or repayment tenure from any lender.

•The success of any government scheme application, subsidy claim, or IPO process.

•The speed of processing by any lender, bank, or government agency.

All assessments we provide are indicative and based on information you share with us. Final credit decisions rest entirely with the lender. EMI calculations provided on our website are illustrative only.

Our fee structure is transparent:

•Loan facilitation: We charge a success fee from lenders only upon disbursal. We do not charge upfront fees from borrowers for standard loan facilitation (personal, business, home, machinery, working capital).

•Government scheme / subsidy work: A success fee, as a percentage of the subsidy/scheme benefit approved, is charged to the client upon credit of benefit. No upfront fee.

•IPO consultancy: Fees are agreed and documented separately in an engagement letter prior to commencement of any work.

•Project funding: Advisory and facilitation fees are agreed in writing before engagement.

If any fee is to be collected from you, it will be disclosed in writing before you are obligated to pay. We never collect cash or request transfers to personal accounts.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gujju Startupwala unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

•Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

•Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.

•Copy our proprietary calculators, tools, or methodologies for competing services.

Fair use of factual information for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted with attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

•Gujju Startupwala is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

•We are not responsible for decisions made by lenders, banks, or government agencies regarding your application.

•We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, including EMI calculations, rate estimates, or scheme eligibility assessments.

•Our total liability to you in any circumstances is capped at the amount of fees, if any, you have actually paid to Gujju Startupwala for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We encourage all disputes to first be resolved through good-faith discussion. To raise a concern, contact us at hello@gujjustartupwala.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
